The reservation deadline is February 8, 2017, or until our room block is full.
The Academy does not utilize the services of any outside company to book hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Bookings are directly with the hotel. If you choose to make reservations any other way, you do so at your own risk.
Travel-On is the official travel agency for the 43rd Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium. Airline reservations may be made by visiting tvlon.com/oandp or by calling (800) 249-4041 or (240) 387-4045. Refer to meeting code OandP when making your reservation. The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located just a few miles from Chicago O’Hare and Midway International Airports. Depending on traffic, allow at least 45 minutes travel time to or from O’Hare and 30 minutes to or from Midway.
Go Airport Express Shuttle Service offers shared ride shuttle service to the Hyatt. The conveniently located shuttle service departs each airport every 15 minutes. To make reservations, go to airportexpress.com or call (888) 284-3826. Cost is $27 one way or $25 roundtrip. Cost may vary depending on the number of bags you have. Please note that the shuttle stops at various hotels and is not a direct service to the Hyatt, so travel time could take up to 90 minutes.
Taxi Cabs to the Hyatt cost approximately $45 from O’Hare and $30 from Midway.
The train is a fast, convenient, and cost-effective way to get to the Hyatt from either airport. The cost is $5 each way. From O’Hare, take the blue line train. From Midway, take the orange line to the Clark/Lake station, which is about six blocks from the hotel. A cab from the Clark/Lake station to the hotel costs $5 to $6.
