If you have not signed and submitted an exhibitor contract, please go to Exhibitor Forms and review the Exhibit Hall Floorplan to choose tables or booths, then complete and submit the Exhibitor Contract.

Use the Quick Info document for general information about Exhibiting at the Academy Annual Meeting. This information includes table/booth setup hours, meeting location, shipping and hotel information, registration details, and more.

To order furniture, lighting, audio-visual, carpeting, and other exhibiting services, please use the forms found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan

Visit the Academy's new interactive floor plan to see your location and surrounding exhibitors. The floor plan changes on a regular basis. Call Diane Ragusa for current availability at 202-380-3663. Shaded tables and booths are not available.

11:00 am – 6:45 pm     Exhibit Hall open to attendees

Saturday, March 4
9:15 am – 11:30 am    Exhibit Hall open to attendees

Register for the Annual Meeting

All exhibiting individuals must register for the meeting to receive your complimentary badges. Each table and booth includes one badge allowing an exhibitor to earn continuing education credits, and one allowing full access to the meeting, but not eligible for credits. See details in the preliminary program.

Technical WorkShops

Four-hour, classroom-style education events that provide a venue for highlighting your company's success and expertise in clinical or technical areas. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to offer a Technical Workshop. Technical Workshops are offered on Wednesday, March 1, 2017.

Product Display Showcase

30-minute, theater-style product infomercials offered in the Exhibit Hall on March 2 - 4, 2017. You can highlight your new products and services, show a video or offer a Q&A session you decide. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to present a Product Display Showcase. You may contact Diane Ragusa at 202-380-3663 to be put on a waiting list.
