If you have not signed and submitted an exhibitor contract, please go to Exhibitor Forms and review the Exhibit Hall Floorplan to choose tables or booths, then complete and submit the Exhibitor Contract.

All exhibiting individuals must register for the meeting to receive your complimentary badges. Each table and booth includes one badge allowing an exhibitor to earn continuing education credits, and one allowing full access to the meeting, but not eligible for credits. See details in the preliminary program.
Four-hour, classroom-style education events that provide a venue for highlighting your company's success and expertise in clinical or technical areas. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to offer a Technical Workshop. Technical Workshops are offered on Wednesday, March 1, 2017.
30-minute, theater-style product infomercials offered in the Exhibit Hall on March 2 - 4, 2017. You can highlight your new products and services, show a video or offer a Q&A session you decide. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to present a Product Display Showcase. You may contact Diane Ragusa at 202-380-3663 to be put on a waiting list.
