The Academy Annual Meeting is the premiere comprehensive O&P event. The Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium attracts an international audience seeking outstanding education and the opportunity to personally interact with exhibitors to learn about the products and services they can provide. At no other time are so many from our field gathered in such a collaborative environment enriched by such high quality education.
You will have the undivided attention of our attendees during several hours of the meeting when they are directed to the Exhibit Hall with no conflicting schedule. Two Ways to Increase Sales in Addition to Exhibiting
Technical Workshops - Four-hour, classroom-style education events that provide a venue for highlighting your company's success and expertise in clinical or technical areas. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to offer a Technical Workshop. Technical Workshops are offered on Wednesday, February 24.
Product Display Showcases - 30-minute, theater-style product infomercials offered in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday February 25 - 27. You can highlight your new products and services, show a video or offer a Q&A session you decide. You must be exhibiting at the meeting to present a Product Display Showcase.

With each table and booth you continue to be entitled to two exhibitor badges with a value of $250 ea. and have the option of purchasing up to two more exhibitor badges at $250 ea. for your other employees. One of the badges you receive with each table or booth will now be a full registration with the option of receiving PCE credits for the person registered with that badge as long as that individual is a full-time employee of your company. All other badges may be upgraded to full registration for your full-time employees who need PCE credits with the payment of an additional fee to match the member registration fee. An illustration of this would be if the exhibitor badge is valued at $250 and member registration is $500 with an additional fee of $250 your full-time employees who need PCE credits will have their Exhibitor badge upgraded to a full participant badge.
