The Hilton Atlanta is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Atlanta within walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, World Congress Center, Peachtree Center Mall and 27 restaurants! Don’t have time to get out? No problem. The Hilton offers a wide variety of dining options including award winning Nikolai’s and Trader Vic’s. Guests can take advantage on the fitness center with saunas, outdoor running track, tennis and basketball.

The group rates are $159 single and $179 double and are valid three days prior and three days after the official meeting dates. Reservation cut-off date is February 6.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

We encourage you to confirm your travel arrangements early to take advantage of lower fares. Travel-On is the official travel agency for the 35th Academy Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium. Airline reservations may be made by visiting www.tvlon.com/oandp or by calling 800-249-4041.

The hotel is just 15 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Link Shuttle Service provides convenient and affordable transportation from/to the hotel. For shuttle information it is recommended that you go to www.theatlantalink.com or call 866-545-9633. Reservations run $16.50 one way or $29.00 round trip. Reservations are needed after 5:00 pm. A cab will cost approximately $32 each way with $2 charged for each additional person.

The MARTA is a fast, convenient and very cost effective way to get from the Hartsfield Airport downtown. You can take either the North or North-East line for just $1.75 per person, one way (all transfers included).

The stop for Hilton Atlanta will be Peachtree Center Station (N1)
Take the train north and exit at Peachtree Center Station. Take the Harris Street escalator or follow the directions for Peachtree Center Mall. You will go up a very steep escalator into the Mall. Take the walkway from the Mall following signage for the parking garage & Peachtree Center Athletic Club. Take the elevator to the street level (Level #2). The hotel is across the street on your right when you exit out of the garage.
