Focus on all the necessary financial, organizational and personnel controls needed to effectively manage an O&P company. Organizational controls such as segregation of duties, coding issues and asset security are discussed. We will also discuss controls designed to keep employees honest. Finally, we will explore financial controls such as benchmarks and budgeting. Each attendee will receive a free CD that has been programmed with a formatted and usable Microsoft Excel budget template on it.
